PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR BIDS NOTICE is given that Red Lion Borough Council will accept sealed bids at the Red Lion Borough Office, 438 E. Lancaster Street, Red Lion, PA 17356, for the N. Charles Street Bridge (Bridge No. 311) Repair Project in Red Lion Borough, York County, Pennsylvania. The project includes mobilization, traffic control, sidewalk restoration, pavement milling and resurfacing, crack sealing, membrane waterproofing, and related work. Sealed bids are due by 3:00 P.M. (prevailing time) on August 6, 2026. Late bids will not be accepted.
