PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village of Lansing will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Village Office and online via Zoom Videoconferencing/Teleconferencing* to consider the following:
Public Hearing for Variance Appeal #2026-06
Bing Li is seeking a front yard setback variance for a detached garage at the property located at 1016 Cayuga Heights Road (Tax Parcel # 43.1-1-26.83). See the BZA agenda for details.
Public Hearing for Variance Appeal #2026-07
Pamela Weisberg is seeking a side yard setback variance for an enclosed 3-season room at the property located at 55 Janivar Drive (Tax Parcel # 45.2-1-82.1). See the BZA agenda for details.
Copies of the application are available for inspection at the Village Office during regular hours, M-Th 9am-1pm.
