The City of Medford, Board of Appeals, will hold a Public Hearing, remotely via Zoom, on Thursday, July 30 after 6:30 p.m. on a petition from Marissa Fitzgerald to construct a proposed attached Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) addition at 621 Fulton Street, which is in a Single Family Two (SF-2) Zoning District. The proposed addition is seeking a variance for the Rear Yard Setback is also requesting a Variance of the 15' driveway setbacks.
