NOTICE   INSURANCE COMMISSIONER TRINIDAD NAVARRO, hereby gives notice that Swiss Re Life & Health America, a Missouri domiciled Insurance Corporation licensed to transact insurance business in the state of Delaware has requested excess deposits pledged in Delaware be released.   Because the Company has met the requirements pursuant to 18 Del. C. §513, Swiss Re Life & Health America, has requested permission to withdraw securities held on deposit for Delaware with BNY Mellon.   Pursuant to 18 Del. C. §1512(b), this Notice is given to request that any person who objects to the release of the excess deposits address written comments, specifying with reasonable detail the nature of the objection, to the attention of Nicole Brittingham, Director of Company Regulation, Delaware Department of Insurance, 1351 West North Street, Suite 101, Dover, DE 19904.
