AV15000080 STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS WILL BE DUE: FRIDAY, AUGUST 7, 2026 AT 12:00 NOON *All times are local Phoenix time Scope of Work The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide engineering services for the modernization of 18 escalators and 12 elevators at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport Rental Car Center. Services may include design and possible construction administration and inspection. This project site is located at 1805 E. Sky Harbor Circle South, Phoenix, AZ. The estimated total construction cost for this project is $50 million. Pre-Submittal Meeting Information A pre-submittal meeting will be held at 8:30 am on Friday, July 24, 2026, at Aviation Design and Construction Services (AVN DCS) Building, Diamondbacks Conference Room, 500 S. 24th Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85034 AND via Teams. At this meeting, City staff will discuss the scope of work, general project requirements, and respond to questions from the attendees. It is strongly recommended that interested consultants attend the pre-submittal meeting. Inquiries regarding the project scope outside of this pre-submittal meeting must be submitted through the Procurement Portal.
