LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Big Flats Fire District will hold a Public Hearing on the proposed increase to the Fire District's Statutory Spending Limit pursuant to New York State law. The Public Hearing will be held on July 28, 2026 at 6:00pm, at the Big Flats Fire Station, 505 Maple Street, Big Flats, NY. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding the proposed increase to the Fire District's Statutory Spending Limit.
