A proposed parcel of land in the Northeast fractional 1/4 of Section 2, T4N, R5E, Deerfield Township, Livingston County, Michigan, the boundary of said parcel described as Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 15, Reid's Plat, Deerfield Township, Livingston County, Michigan, according to the recorded plat thereof, as recorded in Uber 1 of Plats, Page 34, Livingston County Records; thence N60"12'56"E along the South line of said Lot 15 and the South line of Lot 14 of said Reid's Plat 60.90 feet; thence S01°02'53"w 78.01 feet to a point on an intermediate traverse line, said point being N01°02'53"E 8.9 feet, more or less, from the water's edge of Bennett Lake; thence S71°16'06"W along said intermediate traverse line 55.81 feet to a point N01°14'37"E 1.5 feet, more or less, from said water's edge; thence N01°14'37"E 65.69 feet to the point of beginning; said parcel containing 0.09 acre, more or less; said parcel including all land between the intermediate traverse line and the water's edge of Bennett Lake; said parcel subject to all easements and restrictions, if any.
Proposed Parcel B: A proposed parcel of land in the Northeast fractional 1/4 of Section 2, T4N, R5E, Deerfield Township, Livingston County, Michigan, the boundary of said parcel described as Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 15, Reid's Plat, Deerfield Township, Livingston County, Michigan, according to the recorded plat thereof, as recorded in Uber 1 of Plats, Page 34, Livingston County Records; thence N60°12'56"E along the South line of said Lot 15 and the South line of Lot 14 of said Reid's Plat 60.90 feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence N60°12'56"E along the South line of said Lot 14 and the South line of Lot 13 of said Reid's Plat 62.42 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 13 and an existing fence line; thence S01°49' 43"E along said fence line 89.23 feet to a point on an intermediate traverse line, said point being N01°49' 43"W 6.1 feet, more or less, from the water's edge of Bennett Lake; thence S71°16'06"W along said intermediate traverse line 61. 72 feet to a point being N01°02'53"E 8.9 feet, more or less from said water's edge; thence N01°02'53"E 78.01 feet to the point of beginning; said parcel containing 0.12 acre, more or less; said parcel including all land between the intermediate traverse line and the water's edge of Bennett Lake; said parcel subject to all easements and restrictions, if any.
Has been filed by Plaintiffs Larry Ryles and Peggy Ryles against Defendants The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, or Assignees of Newton Van Blarcom (Deceased) and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, or Assignees of Clara Van Blarcom (Deceased) (collectively “Defendants”), in the 44th Circuit Court for the County of Livingston, State of Michigan, and Defendants must answer or take other action permitted by law within 28 days after the last date of publication. If Defendants do not answer or take other action within the time allowed, judgment may be entered against them for the relief demanded in the Complaint.”
