NOTICE TO BIDDERS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) General Contractor Services – BAVTS Student House Completion Project The Bethlehem Area Vocational-Technical School (BAVTS) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified, licensed General Contractors to complete the final phase of construction for a single-family residential home located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The project includes completion of interior and exterior finishes, trim and millwork, flooring, painting, kitchen and bathroom finishes, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, siding, concrete work, and other remaining punch-list items necessary to obtain occupancy and prepare the home for sale. Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: Monday, August 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Champion Court, Bethlehem, PA Attendance is mandatory. Contractors who do not attend the pre-bid meeting will be disqualified from submitting a proposal.
