INVITATION FOR BIDS AND PROPOSALS The Housing Authority of the City of Erie will receive sealed bids/proposals for the following: Ranges, Refrigerators and Water HeatersProfessional Communication and Public Relations Services (RFP) Sealed bids for Ranges, Refrigerators and Water Heaters will be received until 10:30 a.m., Monday, August 10, 2026, at the Authority's Administration Office, 606 Holland St., Erie, PA 16501, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bid documents may be obtained at the Housing Authority office, 606 Holland St., 814-452-2425 or downloaded at www.hace.org, click on Invitation to Bid. Pre-bid meetings are listed under Specifications, 10% bid bond required. Sealed proposals for Professional Communication and Public Relations Services will be received until 10:30 a.m. on Monday, August 10, 2026, at 606 Holland St., Erie, PA 16503. Proposals will be date and time stamped as they are received and held unopened in a secure place until the due date/time has passed. Since proposals are submitted in confidence and may contain proprietary information, they are not opened publicly.
