TO: ANTHONY RICCIARDI AND ALL PERSONS AND/OR ENTITIES UNKNOWN WHO CLAIM OR MIGHT CLAIM ADVERSELY TO PETITIONER’S TITLE TO REAL PROPERTY KNOWN AS 2308 BURROUGHS ST., SAVANNAH, GEORGIA, BEING THE WESTERN PORTION OF LOT NUMBERED NINETEEN (19), DALE WARD, IN THE CITY OF SAVANNAH, CHATHAM COUNTY, GEORGIA, THE SAID WESTERN PORTION OF SAID LOT NUMBERED NINETEEN (19) BEING ALSO DESIGNATED UPON THE MAP OF SAID CITY AS LOT LETTER “J”, AND AS DESIGNATED BY THE CHATHAM COUNTY BOARD OF ASSESSORS AS PROPERTY IDENTIFICATION NUMBER: 20073 15002 (THE “PROPERTY”) AND ALL OF THE WORLD:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Savannah (“Petitioner”) filed its PETITION FOR BLIGHT DETERMINATION on July 2, 2026 in the above-captioned case pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 22-1-1, et al., seeking to have the Property deemed blighted, as defined in O.C.G.A. § 22-1-1(1), and to proceed to condemn the aforementioned Property. The Court entered an Order dated July 10, 2026, requiring service by publication be made upon Anthony Ricciardi and all persons and/or entities unknown who claim or might claim adversely to Petitioner’s title to the Property and all of the world. All such parties are required to appear at a hearing before Judge John E. Morse, Jr. on this case at the Chatham County Courthouse, located at 400 W. Oglethorpe Avenue, Savannah, GA 31401, Courtroom 4A, at 2:00 PM on August 17, 2026, and make known their objections, if any, rights, or claims as to the determination of whether the property known as 2308 Burroughs Street, Savannah, Georgia 31415 shall be deemed blighted, as defined in O.C.G.A. § 22-1-1(1), or of their interest therein and any other matters material to their respective rights.
