Take Notice that:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All and only that parcel of land, with all improvements thereon, designated as Tax Parcel 072-4-089-00-0, lying and being in Richmond County, Georgia, containing 0.18 acres, more or less, being a portion of Lots 6 & 7, Block 43, Turpin Hill Subdivision, shown in Realty Reel 30-R, Page 169, described in Deed Book 1731, Page 1144, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference, known as 810 Fifteenth Avenue.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 31st day of August, 2026.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 19th day of March, 2025, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1964 at page 423.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 31st day of August, 2026, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
