Public Hearing Watertown City Council   Petition to Vacate Public Alley Right of Way Located Between Lots 1 Thru 9 and Lots 10 Thru 18 Block 7 of Davlin’s Addition   The Petitioners, MB Investments LLC, 81 Welding, Inc., Harold N. Raml and Peggy L. Raml, and Chase West and Collin West, the owners of the real property abutting the Alley Right-of-Way, have submitted to the Mayor and City Council of the Municipality of Watertown, South Dakota a Petition for Vacating the Alley Right-of-Way described as:   All that portion of the public alley right of way located between Lots 1 thru 9 and Lots 10 thru 18 Block 7 of the plat entitled “Davlin’s Addition to the City of Watertown.”   The petition will be considered by the Watertown City Council during a public meeting to be conducted at City Hall in the Council Chambers, 20 N Maple, Watertown, SD on Monday, August 3rd, 2026 at 4:15 p.m. Public participation in this meeting may be done on this day in person or via teleconference.   The complete agenda and supporting documents will be available on the city’s website 24 hours in advance of the scheduled meeting date at www.watertownsd.us.
