Total Due: $70155.46 as of February 2, 2026, interest $20.227 per diem; described as: A 454,000/2,182,407,500 undivided interest in real property commonly known as Units “A” referenced below; a 454,000/2,182,407,500 Ownership Interest allocated 454,000 Points as defined in the Declaration for use in Each year(s),

Obligors shall have the right to cure the default and any junior lienholder shall have the right to redeem its interest up to the date the trustee issues the Certificate of Sale by paying the amounts due as outlined in the preceding paragraphs.
