ADVERTISEMENT TO BID ERIE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH PAVING PROJECT BID #44 OF 2026  The County of Erie Manager of Procurement, Erie County Courthouse, 140 West 6th Street, Room 106, Erie, PA 16501, will receive bids electronically via PennBid and open sealed bids on August 4, 2026, at 10:30 am at the Office of the County Controller, Room 107, Erie County Courthouse, 140 West 6th Street, Erie, PA 16501 for the following prime contract: Bid #44 of 2026: Paving at Erie County Department of Health Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's or trust company treasurer's check, or approved Surety Company’s bid bond, made payable to the County of Erie in the amount of 10 percent (10%) of the base bid as a security. Bid Documents including specifications and drawings are available at no cost on PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com. Questions during the bid period shall be directed to the office of the Architect, Roth Marz Partnership, Inc. (info@rothmarz.com). All contracts exceeding $10,000 shall contain a provision requiring compliance with Executive order 11246, entitled, “Equal Employment Opportunity,” as amended by Executive order 11375 and as supplemented in Department of Labor regulations (41 CFR Part 60). A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:30 am prevailing time on July 27, 2026, at the project site located at 606 West 2nd Street, Erie, PA 16507. This is a State Assisted Project and is subject to State Prevailing Wages and related Acts. Project Labor Agreement compliance shall also apply. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set forth in the opening of bids.
