NOTICE INVITING SEALED BIDS   2026-2027 LEVEE MAINTENANCE PROJECT   RECLAMATION DISTRICT NO. 2074 STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA   The Trustees of Reclamation District No. 2074 (District) in Stockton, California, invite sealed bids for the following description of work and as shown on the Plans Titled "Reclamation District No. 2074 2026-2027 Levee Maintenance Project ", dated: July, 2026:   The furnishing of all bonds, labor, materials, materials certification, equipment, supplies, necessary tools, apparatus, facilities and incidentals necessary to perform the following work on the levee areas of Brookside Estates, Stockton, California including.   a) Remove and dispose of vegetation associated with the installation of project materials. b) Construct levee patrol road repairs. c) Levee pedestrian path maintenance. d) District storage yard maintenance and flood fight material storage improvements. e) Levee cross fence improvements. f) Construct levee slope repairs. g) Place levee slope protection materials (rip rap). h) Place angular gravel slope erosion protection materials. i) Install temporary erosion protection. j) Site cleanup - remove all debris and excess materials from the site.   The proposal forms and plans may be downloaded from Siegfried's Dropbox site:   https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/nhc9fm3cm1tm1ylck6yxe/AEaUDxsJVu0KDWNnMEYC0G0rlkey=2xo5de0xokogfi5ebh3uccl9z&st=2ss809d0&dl=0   Contractors submitting bids are required to attend the pre-bid meeting on Monday, August 3rd, 2026 at 10:00 am at Siegfried Engineering, 3428 Brookside Road, Stockton, CA.   Contractor questions shall be submitted by Monday, August 10th, 2026 at 5:00pm, and submitted by email to rkilgore@siegfriedeng.com.   Response to questions, and any addendums will be posted by Wednesday, August 12th, 2026 at 5:00 PM.   One (1) copy of a complete signed bid form shall be submitted at the office of Siegfried Engineering, Attention RD 2074, by 1:00 PM on Monday, August 17th, 2026. Any bid forms not signed or completed will be disqualified. The District will award the contract to the lowest bidder that meets the required qualifications and bid requirements. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and further reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids.
