REQUEST OF PROPOSALS FROM PLUMBING CONTRACTORS TO ASSIST THE OPERATIONS OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF PLAINFIELD   The Housing Authority of Plainfield is requesting proposals from qualified and licensed plumbing contractors to replace, repair and maintain the existing piping and plumbing-related issues for the Housing Authority both on a regular and emergency-needed basis.   Qualified Individuals or companies, possessing plumbing license, a certificate of liability insurance and a minimum of seven years of plumbing- related experience, are encouraged to submit proposals. The contract for plumbing services is for a period of one year and the amount of contract is not to exceed $80,000.   All proposals will be evaluated, rated and ranked in accordance with evaluation criteria set forth in the proposal. Proposal package must be obtained from the Administration Office, located at 510 East Front Street, Plainfield, NJ. All proposals, one original and two copies, must be received no later than 11:00 A.M on August 20, 2026, by the Administration Office of the Housing Authority.   All proposals are required to comply with the requirement of PL. 1975C.127 affirmative action and equal employment laws in accordance with the applicable state and federal regulations.   Randall Wood, Executive Director ($150.50)
