Documents will be provided to prime proposers and major subcontractors; only complete sets of documents will be issued. Documents can be emailed in PDF format. If hard copies are desired those will need to be requested from ARC Document Solutions, 822 Leopard St., Corpus Christi, TX 78401 with a $150.00 Deposit and additional shipping changes if applicable. A pre-proposal conference will be held at the address below on July 28, 2026 @ 10:00a.m. C.S.T.  All proposals must be received by BCISD no later than August 11th, 2026 @ 10:00 a.m., C.S.T.. Faxed proposals will not be accepted. Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud on August 11th, 2026 @ 10:05 a.m. C.S.T. at the BCISD Central Office.
