NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held by the Environmental Resources Committee of the Marathon County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday, August 4th, at 3:00 p.m., Marathon County Courthouse Assembly Room B-105 500 Forest Street Wausau 54403, at which time the Committee will consider the following:
1. The petition of Jason Pflieger on behalf of Jay Good to amend the General Code of Ordinance for Marathon County Chapter 17 Zoning Code to rezone lands from F-P Farmland Preservation to R-E Rural Estate and G-A General Agriculture located in part of the Southwest ¼ of the Southwest ¼ of Section 23, Township 27 North, Range 2 East, Town of Brighton. Area proposed to be rezoned to R-E Rural Estate is described as Lot 1 and area proposed to be rezoned to G-A General Agriculture is described as Lot 2 of the preliminary CSM. Parent Parcel #010-2702-233-0997.
2. The petition of Tim Vreeland on behalf of Noah Weinke to amend the General Code of Ordinance for Marathon County Chapter 17 Zoning Code to rezone lands from G-A General Agriculture to R-R Rural Residential, described as part of Lot 1 of CSM 19018, Document #1841669, located in the Northwest ¼ of the Northwest ¼ of Section 8, Township 26 North, Range 8 East Town of Guenther. Area proposed to be rezoned to R-R rural Residential is described as Lot 1 of the preliminary CSM. Parent Parcel #032-2608-082-0995.
3. The petition of the City of Marshfield to amend the General Code of Ordinance for Marathon County Chapter 17 Zoning Code to rezone lands from R-E Rural Estate to G-A General Agriculture, described as part of Lot 1 of CSM #5386, Document #905786, located in the Southeast ¼ of the Southwest ¼, and the Southwest ¼ of the Southeast ¼ of Section 32, Township 26 North, Range 3 East, Town of McMillan. Parcel #056-2603-323-0979.
4.
