PERMIT APPLICATION GNF-A, 3901 Castle Hayne Rd., Wilmington, N.C., has applied for renewal of its NPDES wastewater permit (NC0001228) for the GNF-A WWTP located at 3901 Castle Hayne Rd., New Hanover County. The facility discharges industrial wastewater, domestic wastewater, and stormwater to the Northeast Cape Fear River in the Cape Fear River Basin. Some parameters are water quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations in this portion of the Cape Fear River Basin.
