The property affected by this action is described as follows: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, with improvements thereon, lying, situate and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Spartanburg, being shown and designated as Lot No. 38 on a plat for Iris M. Wilson, prepared by J. Q. Bruce, dated October, 1966, and recorded in Plat Book 55 at Page 89, RMC Office for Spartanburg County; and more recently shown and designated on a plat of survey for Betty M. Williams dated July 14, 1995 and recorded in Plat Book 130 at Page 288. Reference is made to the most recent plat and records thereof for a more complete and accurate description.
