The New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority (Housing New Mexico | MFA) (“Housing New Mexico”) is seeking proposals for a Government Relations Contractor(s). The New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority is a governmental instrumentality, separate and apart from the state, created by the Mortgage Finance Authority Act, NMSA Sections 58-18-1 to 27 for the purpose of financing affordable housing for low- and moderate-income New Mexico residents. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals, in accordance with the Housing New Mexico Procurement Policy, from qualified offerors who, by reason of their skill, knowledge, and experience can provide Housing New Mexico with governmental services, advice and representation on a continual basis throughout the year. Proposal submissions must be received no later than August 21, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., Mountain Time. Proposals which are not received by this time will not be accepted.
