UPPER SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD   Take notice that the Upper Southampton Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 7:00 PM in the Upper Southampton Township First Floor Meeting Room, 939 Street Road, Southampton, PA, on the appeal of Monica Shaw and Joe Bielawski (26-09), regarding Tax Parcel No. 48-021-072-031, located at 915 Sycamore Drive, in the R-2, Low Density Residential Zoning District of Upper Southampton Township. Applicant proposes certain improvements to the subject residential property, including rebuilding and adding to an existing deck and constructing a stone wall. Resulting impervious surface coverage on site, post construction, is projected at 39.9%. §185-22, Attachment 5 Table of Dimensional Requirements and Attachment 4 Table of Performance Standards, of the Upper Southampton Township Zoning Ordinance, restrict impervious surface coverage to no greater than 24%.
