All vendors must use PennDOT app-roved materials. The sealed bids will be received by Madalyn Lander, Township Secretary. They should be clearly marked “LABOR AND PLACEMENT SEALED BID” and sent to 11637 Little Cove Road, Mercersburg, PA 17236 by no later than Monday, August 3, where they will be opened during Warren Township’s regularly scheduled monthly meeting at 7:00 pm and read in front of the attending public.
