Presently on the premises is a vacant lot. The applicant was previously approved to construct a 4-story ±45,000 SF hotel with ±122 rooms, ±122 parking spaces, and to conduct associated site improvements (PB-2024-100). The property is split zoned, located partially within a BG-2.0 (Business, General) zoning district, partially within a BL-1.0 (Business, Limited) zoning district, and partially within an RG-5 (Residence, General) zoning district and is also within the Blackstone River Parkway Sign Overlay District (BSOD).
