BEFORE THE STATE OIL AND GAS BOARD OF MISSISSIPPI   PUBLIC NOTICE   RE: PETITION OF THE STATE OIL AND GAS BOARD OF MISSISSIPPI TO CONSIDER SHOW CAUSE ACTION AGAINST PISTOL RIDGE PARTNERS, LLC FOR VIOLATION OF MS CODE ANN. § 53-1-3 (l) “WASTE”, (IX), PERMITTING GAS PRODUCED FROM A GAS WELL TO ESCAPE INTO OPEN AIR   DOCKET NO. 250-2026-D   TAKE NOTICE that the State Oil and Gas Board of Mississippi has on its own Motion filed a Petition under the above docket to consider Show Cause matters pertaining to the Sandy Hook Gas Unit 13-8 No. 1 Well, located in Section 13, Township 1 North, Range 18 West in Marion County, Mississippi. Said well is operated by Pistol Ridge Partners, LLC. TAKE NOTICE that the foregoing matter will be heard at the regular August 19, 2026 meeting to be held at 9:00 o’clock a.m. at the offices of the State Oil & Gas Board of Mississippi, 500 Greymont Ave., Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi, at which time and place all interested parties may appear and contest said matter. If you intend to contest the docket or request a continuance, you must notify the Board of your intention in writing not later than 5 p.m. on Tuesday, the 11th day of August 2026, which is seven (7) days prior to the date stated above for the hearing. Failure to so notify the Board shall be a waiver of your right to contest or request continuance.
