NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Etna Township Zoning Commission Etna, Ohio The Etna Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, starting at 6:00 p.m. at the Etna Township Administration Building, 81 Liberty Street, Etna, Ohio. This is a proposed amendment to the Etna Township Zoning Resolution. The Etna Township Board of Trustees initiated the amendment through adoption of Resolution 2026-06-16-03 at its June 16, 2026 meeting. The proposed amendment includes text changes to Article 3, Section 301 (Contents of Application for Zoning Permit); and Article 3, Section 314 (Drainage Protection Standards – new section). Pursuant to Section 610, the Zoning Commission will review the proposed amendment and provide a recommendation to the Board of Township Trustees. The proposed amendment will be available for examination for a period of at least ten (10) days prior to the public hearing at the following location: The Etna Township Administration Building, 81 Liberty Street, Etna, Ohio between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday and Friday by appointment.
