The City Council of the City of Fort Myers, Florida, proposes to adopt the following ordinance:   ORDINANCE NO. 4100   AN ORDINANCE To Be Entitled:   AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT MYERS, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE GARDEN STREET IRON AND METAL JUNKYARD AND RECYCLING CENTER PLANNED UNIT DEVLEOPMENT LOCATED NORTH OF HUNTER STREET, SOUTH OF HANSON STREET, WEST OF OLD METRO PARKWAY, AND EAST OF PALM AVENUE, SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; RESCINDING ORDINANCE NO. 3739 PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.   The Fort Myers City Council will hold a PUBLIC HEARING concerning the proposed enactment of the above titled ordinance in the Council Chambers at Oscar M. Corbin, Jr. City Hall, 2200 Second Street, Fort Myers, Florida, on Monday, August 3, 2026, on or about 5:15 o’clock p.m., or as soon thereafter as can be heard. Copies of the proposed ordinance may be obtained or inspected at the City Clerk’s Office in Oscar M. Corbin, Jr. City Hall or viewed at fortmyers.gov. Interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard in respect to the proposed ordinance.
