Grossman and to all persons entitled to the benefit of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, 50 U.S.C. c. 50 §3901 (et seq):   MEB Loan Trust VIII, U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as trustee   claiming to have an interest in a Mortgage covering real property in North Grafton (Grafton), numbered 4 Elizabeth Street, given by Allan Villatoro, Lauren Villatoro to Figure Lending LLC, dated September 19, 2022, and recorded in the Worcester County (Worcester District) Registry of Deeds in Book 68273, Page 191 and now held by the Plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant’s/Defendants’ Servicemembers status.   If you now are, or recently have been, in the active military service of the United States of America, then you may be entitled to the benefits of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act.
