PUBLIC NOTICE   PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Mark Properties, LLC has made application to the Jackson Township Planning Board for approval of a Preliminary and Final Minor Subdivision Application to establish three new lots from property known as Block 23108, Lot 14, a 4.95 acre property, as shown on the tax map of the Township of Jackson and otherwise known as Vath Street. The property is located on the east side of Vath Street and is currently vacant and wooded. The applicant is not presently proposing any new structures. The applicant shall seek variances for lot width whereas 135 feet is required, and proposed Lots 14.01 and 14.02, will have 133.30 feet and Lot 14.03 will have 133.40 feet. The applicant shall also seek such other variances, waivers or exceptions as may be necessary or appropriate for the granting of an approval.   A hearing on said application shall be conducted by the Jackson Township Planning Board on August 3, 2026 at 6:30PM or as soon thereafter as the application may be called in the main meeting room of the Jackson Township Municipal Building, 95 West Veterans Highway, Jackson, New Jersey 08527. The date and time of the hearing may be adjourned without further notice.
