Notice of Public Hearing    Between June 17, 2026, and July 16, 2026, the Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District held a public comment period on a proposed Title V Construction Permit for Zeon Chemicals L.P. – 4100 Bells Lane, Louisville, KY 40211, in accordance with Regulation 2.07. The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District is scheduling a public hearing on this proposed permit on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. ET / 4:00 p.m. CT, in the Edison Room at the Edison Center, 701 West Ormsby Avenue, Louisville, KY 40203, in accordance with Regulations 1.08 and 2.07. Oral statements will be accepted at the public hearing. The draft permit and statement of basis are available for review at the APCD’s office, 701 W.
