NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR CLOSURE OF A PORTION OF LAKE WYLIE RD (EXISTING) LOCATED BETWEEN S. NEW HOPE RD AND DUCK COVE RD The public will take notice that the Board of Commissioners of the Town of Cramerton has called a public hearing to be held in the G.M. Micheal Commission Chambers, Town of Cramerton Town Hall, 155 N Main St. Cramerton, NC at 6:00 p.m., on August 18, 2026, to adopt a Resolution to Close a portion of Lake Wylie Rd. located between S. New Hope Rd. and Duck Cove Rd. The portion to be closed is an existing street known as Lake Wylie Rd (being approximately 44,194 square feet) which lies between Parcel No. 191650 and 190501 and is located on the East side of S. New Hope Rd. and the West side of Duck Cove Rd. A map of said property is on file in the Town Clerk’s Office. The public is being notified of this public hearing in accordance with North Carolina General Statute 160A-299. All interested persons wishing to comment should appear at the public hearing.
