The investigation made on June 5, 2026, revealed that the structure located thereon appears to be unfit for human habitation because of existing conditions which do not comply with the Metropolitan Property Standards Code and which are therefore dangerous and injurious to the health, safety, and morals of the occupants of said structure or the occupants of neighboring structures, and other residents of Metropolitan Nashville and Davidson County, Tennessee.   The Metropolitan Property Standards Inspector who investigated your property has prepared an inspection report and it is requested that you appear for a hearing before the Director or his designated agent regarding this report at 9:30 a.m. on August 20, 2026, in the Metro Office Building, 800 Ronald Reagan Way, 3rd Floor.
