NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Upper Southampton Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. in the Lower-Level Meeting Room of the Upper Southampton Township Library Building, 947 Street Road, Southampton, Pennsylvania. The purpose of the hearing will be to consider and if appropriate to adopt, an Ordinance which would establish an Upper Southampton Township Ordinance regulating the use of “Bicycles, E-Bikes, and E-Scooters” within the Township. The full text of the proposed Ordinance may be examined at the Upper Southampton Township Municipal Building located at 939 Street Road, Southampton, Pennsylvania, 18966, during normal business hours and a copy of this proposed Ordinance has been provided to the Bucks County Law Library and to this newspaper.
