Public Notice   ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE LICENSE – TRANSFER   TAKE NOTICE that application has been made to the governing body of the City of Clifton, 900 Clifton Avenue, Clifton, New Jersey 07013, for a place-to-place transfer of plenary retail distribution license 1602-44-012-004 (“License”), currently held by President Wines & Spirits, LLC trading as President Wines & Spirits (formerly known as ShopRite Liquors of Clifton LLC) (“Applicant”). The application seeks to clarify the boundaries of the licensed premises located within a first-floor portion of a building that is located at 895 Paulison Avenue, Clifton, New Jersey 07011.   Applicant’s offices are located at 895 Paulison Avenue, Clifton, New Jersey 07011.
