JERMAN to erect a single family dwelling on an undersized lot having an area of 5,000 square feet where the zoning requires an area of 10,000 square feet, lot frontage of 50 feet where 100 feet is required, lot width of 50 feet where 100 feet is required, and improvable lot area of 2,600 square feet where 5,800 square feet is required. Applicant is requesting waivers for curb and sidewalk.
