Town of Milford By-Law Amendment Legal Notice   The Office of the Town Clerk has received approval from the Office of the Atty. General regarding the approval of By-Law amendments that were acted upon at the Annual Town Meeting on May 18, 2026.   General By-Laws: Art. 10: Regarding the vote of the Town to accept the provisions of GL Ch. 39 §23D permitting Board or Committee members of the Milford Planning Board, Milford Zoning Board of Appeals and Milford Conservation Commission when in the course of a public hearing related to land use in Milford as required by law, to not be absent for not more than one session of any required hearing.   Any claims of invalidity by reason of any defect in the procedure of adoption or amendment can be made within (90) days of this publication. Full text of the Atty. General’s approval and the by-laws submitted are available for inspection in the Legal Dept. and the Tn. Clerk’s office.
