BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy an WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 26th day of August, 2026 the following property to-wit :
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights, ways and privileges thereunto appertaining, being, lying and situated in Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and being more particularly described as follows:
Lots Two (2) of J.E. Megison's resubdivision of Lots Seven (7) and Ten (10) of the A&P Subdivision in section Seventy-Eight (78), Township Four (4) North, Range One (1) West, said Lot Two (2) fronting 48.625 feet on an unnamed street and running back therefrom between two parallel lines a distance of 110 feet to Lot Three (3) of said resubdivsion in the rear, all as is shown by the official plat of J.E. Megison's Resubdivision made by Louis J. Daigre, Jr., Rapides Parish, Surveyor, dated February 27, 1952 and recorded in Plat Book 8, page 105, records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, being the same property acquired by Raymond Turner, et ux from John E. Megison, et ux by deed dated, filed and recorded February 29, 1956 in Conveyance Book 494, page 120, records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana.
