TOWNSHIP OF WAYNE MOSQUITO CONTROL LEGAL NOTICE   In compliance with Section 9.10 of the New Jersey Pesticide Code N.J.A.C. Title 7, Chapter 30), NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Wayne Township, 475 Valley Road, Wayne, NJ, will be applying insecticides for the control of the adult mosquito population on an area–wide basis, as needed, throughout the municipality during the period from Monday, April 28, 2025 through Friday, October 3, 2025, or the first killing frost. The insecticide to be used in the adulticiding program will be Duet (active ingredients are Prallethrin, Sumithrin and Piperdnyl Butoxide) applied by ground, truck mounted ULV equipment.   All persons interested in obtaining additional information regarding the Wayne Township mosquito extermination adulticiding activities are requested to contact Daniel K.
