NOTICE OF PROPERTY OWNERS AND OTHERS ENTITLED TO SERVICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the undersigned, Ronaldo and Rachelle Santos
(hereinafter the "Applicant"), has made application to the Borough of Rockaway Land Use Board, Application LUB #113 for property identifies as Tax Block 20, lot 73 on the current Tax Map of the Borough of Rockaway, Morris County New Jersey, which property is located at 109 Addison Avenue, in the Residential(R-1)Zone to permit the following:
The Applicant seek to improve the subject property by constracting a rear addition to the existing dwelling, adding 30'x30' non covered porch with side and rear steps which improvements require variance relief from Rockaway Borough Zoning Chapter 172 attachment 1 Schedule of Zoning requirement in the R-1 Zone : Proposed Impervious of 32.7% proposed where 25% allowed. Proposed Rear Yard Setback of 39.8' proposed where 50' required. The Applicant will also seek such land use approval or licenses, waiver,permits, approval or licenses that are deemed necessary or appropiate by the applicant or the Land Use Board and may arise during the course of the hearing process.
The applicant is now on the agenda of the Land Use Board and public hearing has been ordered for December 2, 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Rockaway Borough Community Center 21-25 Union Street, Rockaway, New Jersey All persons interested in the application may appear and be heard at the public hearing.
All plans and other documents pertaining to this application are on file and available for public inspection durng normal business hours at the building department, Borough of Rockaway, Municipal Building, 1 East Main Street, Rockaway, New jersey.
