2026-2027 Waste Removal Bid HORNELL CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT HORNELL, NEW YORK NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Board of Education of the Hornell City School District of Hornell, New York, County of Steuben, hereby invites the submission of sealed bids for: PICKUP AND DISPOSAL OF SANITARY AND CUSTODIAL WASTE MATERIAL AND RECYCLING FOR FISCAL YEAR: JULY 1, 2026 THRU JUNE 30, 2027 Bids will be received until 10:15 A.M. Thursday April 2, 2026 at the Hornell City School District, Business Office, 120 Raider Road, Hornell, New York 14843 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. All vendors submitting bids are required to conform to all current NYS prevailing wage laws. Specifications and bid forms may be obtained at the Business Office at the above address. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality, and to hold all bids for 60 days subsequent to the date of opening for examination.
