The Village of Germantown hereby gives notice that ONLY electronic bids will be accepted and must be submitted on Quest vBid www.questcdn.com, due no later than 9:00 am (local time), May 7, 2026, the time set for bid opening.
Project includes:
Milling and removal of existing asphalt pavement, removal and replacement of sections of curb and gutter, removal and replacement of inlet and catch basin storm structures, and replacement of two lifts of asphalt pavement.

1,681 LF – Concrete Curb
80 LF – Reinforced Concrete Pipe Replacement
225 LF – HDPE Pipe
Project elements include but may not be limited to; pavement removal and replacement; pavement and base course removal and replacement; excavation below subgrade; sanitary, water, storm utilities repair and surface elevation adjustments; landscaping; erosion control; striping; painting; mobilizations; de-mobilizations; traffic control; and other misc. related items.

Electronic bids must be submitted on Quest vBid www.questcdn.com for a non-refundable fee of $42.00 due by 9:00 AM Local May 7, 2026.
Bidding and contracting shall conform to Sections 66.0901 "Public works, contracts, bids" and 66.0903 "Municipal prevailing wage and hour scales" of Wisconsin State Statutes. Bidder shall assure that a "Bidder's Qualification Statement" is on file with the Village DPW no less than five (5) days before the time set for opening of bids. Bidder shall submit a schedule at the pre-construction meeting, and a five percent (5%) bid security with his Bid.
Contract award is subject to action by the Village Public Works & Highway Committee and Village Board. Probable project award date to be determined after the bid opening. The successful bidder shall furnish the following bonds each at one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price: a performance bond and a payment bond.
