2026 Roadway Improvement Program (Liquid Fuels) ADVERTISEMENT Sealed proposals will be received by the North Sewickley Township of Beaver County, Pennsylvania through the Quest Construction Data Network (QuestCDN) at www.questcdn.com until 11:00 AM prevailing time on August 6, 2026 for: CONTRACT NO. 26-R01 2026 ROADWAY IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (LIQUID FUELS) The scope of work includes approximately 3,600 square yards of Superpave WMA wearing and binder course; 3,900 square yards of bituminous seal coating, base repair; keyway milling; and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction. All bidders are required to buy the Bid Documents in PDF format for a nonrefundable deposit of $125.00 from QuestCDN using project number 10228065. Any technical questions regarding the bid documents are to be directed to LSSE. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud via video conference. Interested parties may contact the North Sewickley Township for access information prior to the date and time identified herein. Pennsylvania prevailing wage rates apply. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the North Sewickley Township. The bid must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the North Sewickley Township to guarantee the bidder's entrance into the contract if given the award. The North Sewickley Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. Attention is directed to the fact that procurement is subject to all requirements of the Pennsylvania "Steel Products Procurement Act, Act No. 1978-3"; and for Contract value exceeding $25,000, the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act (Act of 1961 P.L. 987), and The Public Works Employment Verification Act (July 2012) apply. The North Sewickley Township shall (a) award the construction contract to the lowest responsible bidder therefore, or (b) reject all bids received within ninety (90) days of the date of bid opening; provided, however, that the North Sewickley Township may, in its sole discretion, delay such award or rejection for up to one hundred twenty (120) days from the bid opening date until the North Sewickley Township has received all required approvals from other governmental agencies.
