2026 Tippecanoe County LEPC Legal Notice The Tippecanoe County - Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) will hold its meetings for the year 2026 at 12 PM at 1950 S 18th Street, Lafayette, IN on the following dates: January 8th, March 5th, May 7th, July 9th, September 3rd and November 5th at such other times as shall be duly authorized by act of the Committee or its Chairman. Any change to location or time will be posted on the Tippecanoe County website at www.Tippecanoe.in.gov at least 48 hours before the scheduled meeting. All interested parties are encouraged to attend. The Tippecanoe County Emergency Plan for Hazardous Materials Incidents may be reviewed during regular business hours at the office of Emergency Management Agency (EMA), 629 N 6th Street, Lafayette, IN. All information filed by covered SARA Title III facilities in Tippecanoe County may be reviewed during regular business hours at the offices of the EMA, Lafayette, IN. Copies of documents may be obtained at this office, and the Committee may charge a fee for copying.
