NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Lewisboro will host a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 7:30 p.m., 79 Bouton Road, South Salem, New York, Justice Court.

Application of Joseph R Cugno, Architect, [Broderick, Johnny, owner of record], 21 Twin Lakes Rd, South Salem, NY for the following variances of a six-foot privacy fence along the rear yard running 197.21' whereas a 4' fence is the maximum in a R-1/2 A zone as per Article IV Section 220- 12 (1) schedule of dimensional and bulk requirements for residential districts of the Town of Lewisboro Zoning Code therefore requiring a 2'-0" ft high variance; the applicant is proposing a 4'-0" foot high picket fence along the front yard running 258.00' whereas a 100' fence is the maximum length in a R-1/2 A zone as per Article IV Section 220- 12 (b) schedule of dimensional and bulk requirements for residential districts of the Town of Lewisboro Zoning Code therefore requiring a 158'-0" ft long variance.
The property is located on the east side of (21) Twin Lakes Rd., South Salem, NY designated on the Tax Map as Sheet 34A, Block 11830, Lot 11, in a R-1/2A, Residential One-Half Acre District consisting of approximately 0.48 acres.
