TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All and only that parcel of land, with all improvements thereon, designated as Tax Parcel 121-2-064-00-0, lying and being in the 123rd GMD, Richmond County, Georgia, being Lot 24, Block 3, Burch-Grant Subdivision, shown in Realty Book 27-P, page 426, described in Deed Book 914, page 1023, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference, known as 2211 Cadden Road.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 3rd day of May, 2026.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 17th day of April, 2025, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1968, at page 2508.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 3rd day of May, 2026, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: 2812-A Hillcreek Court, Augusta, Georgia 30909.
