TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All and only that parcel of land, with all improvements thereon, designated as Tax Parcel 056-4-127-00-0, lying and being in Richmond County, Georgia, being Lot 13, Block A, shown in Realty Book 13-F, Page 121, described in Deed Book 1640, page 1434, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference, known as 2301 Walden Drive.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 9th day of August, 2026.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 26th day of April, 2022, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1845, at page 1429.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 9th day of August, 2026, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: 2812-A Hillcreek Court, Augusta, Georgia 30909.
