25-057-ITB CVG Centre Server Room Renovations & Improvements NOTICE TO BIDDERS Pursuant to the provisions of KRS 424.260, the Kenton County Airport Board (Owner) will receive competitive sealed bids for the CVG Centre Server Room Renovations & Improvements project at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (Airport) located in Boone County, Kentucky (the "Project"). Bids will be received no later than 2:00 pm on Thursday, October 23, 2025. No bids will be accepted after that time unless extended pursuant to an addendum issued by the Owner. This Project involves the proposed renovation of the existing Server Room at the CVG Centre. The scope includes the replacement of existing HVAC systems, both branch and rooftop units, serving the current Co-locate Server Room, as well as the addition of new HVAC equipment dedicated to a newly established Server Room. A new partition wall will be constructed to separate the new Server Room from the existing space. Fire protection for the new Server Room will be provided via a Clean Agent Fire Suppression system. The design also includes new technology racks with integrated rack power distribution, two (2) UPS systems with monitoring and associated electrical distribution to provide redundant power to all rack locations, and the installation of a temporary generator connection cabinet to support future emergency power needs. Bidders shall provide a Proposal Bond in an amount not less than 5% of the total main bid amount as specified. The Owner, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and no businesses will be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin (including limited English proficiency), creed, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), age, or disability in consideration for an award.
