25-061-ITB Terminal 2 & 3 Parking Garage Rehabilitation - Phase 3 NOTICE TO BIDDERS Pursuant to the provisions of KRS 424.260, the Kenton County Airport Board (Owner) will receive competitive sealed bids for the Terminal 2 & 3 Parking Garage Rehabilitation - Phase 3 project at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (Airport) located in Boone County, Kentucky (the "Project"). Bids will be received no later than 2:00 pm on Thursday, November 6, 2025. No bids will be accepted after that time unless extended pursuant to an addendum issued by the Owner. The Project will focus on the restoration of the garages' stair towers, and garage concrete and waterproofing repairs. The stair tower work includes replacement of the single-ply roofs, overcoating of steel rails, concrete repairs, and waterproofing which includes sealers and sealant replacement. The main waterproofing work in the garages includes the installation of a membrane system on the concrete roof canopies, removal and replacement of floor slab membrane, and removal and replacement of expansion joints. The main concrete work includes PT floor slab repairs, trench drain repairs, installation of concrete overlays, beam/column repairs, and curb repairs. There are two Alternate Bid Work items for the project. The first alternate is associated with the additional installation of a membrane system on a concrete roof canopy, and the second alternate is for additional expansion joint replacements. Bidders shall provide a Proposal Bond in an amount not less than 5% of the total main bid amount as specified. The Owner, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and no businesses will be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin (including limited English proficiency), creed, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), age, or disability in consideration for an award.
