NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that for the purpose of realizing the sum of $62,636.12 on the Note and Mortgage, such sum being the Judgment amount as of August 26, 2025, against Defendant Michael J. Kappes, plus subsequently accruing interest, costs, fees and expenses of foreclosure and other amounts lawfully added to such Judgment, and pursuant to such Judgment, the above-described real property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, by the Sheriff of Minnehaha County, at the front lobby of the Law Enforcement Center at 320 W. 4th Street, Sioux Falls, South Dakota at 11:00 A.M., on Wednesday, October 8, 2025.
