Director 5 (4-year term) representing Sioux Falls VTD-precincts 3-5, 3-12, 4-4, 4-5, 4-6, 4-7, 4-16, 4-19, 5-2, 5-4, 5-15, 5-16, 5-18, 5-22, and 5-23; Director 7 (4-year term) representing Sioux Falls VTD-precincts 1-11, 1-12, 1-15, 1-18, 1-19, 1-20, 2-1, 2-2, 2-8, 2-9, 2-10, 2-11, 2-12, 2-14, 2-15, and 5-12; and Director 9 (4-year term) representing Sioux Falls VTD-precincts 2-3, 2-6, 2-13, 2-16, 2-17, 2-18, 4-8, 4-10, 4-11, 4-12, 4-13, 4-15, 4-17, and 4-18.
